Smashed It!



Yesterday I completed 40 minutes of intervals on the treadie and that made up my goal of 10 hours training for the week.

As always when I set myself a goal I'm not satisfied with just reaching the goal, I need to exceed it.

So I added a 30 minute bodyweight circuit along with a walk so I hit the 11 hour mark and then decided to do a spring clean at home for a couple of hours just to top it off :-)

This week I'm aiming for another 10 hours, without 3 hours of Aikido I'll have to get creative!
