Excited about my new training plan....


I just quickly wanted to share my new training plan with you.
I've just spent a couple of hours putting my training together plan for the next 6 weeks and I can't wait to get stuck into it!
I will tweak the sessions every 2 weeks but basically this is it until I head to Tiger Muay Thai on the 13th July.
All week I've been flat at working at my desk and so my training has been a bit thrown together which is ok for a week but not awesome long term so I'm feeling relieved to have had the time to put this together. Dave's helping a friend move house today and the kids are both out so this gave me some time to get it done.
Bring on Monday!
