I love Mondays!

Boy have I been slack with this blog!
I blog regularly for my "girls" within our "hidden" online community and forget to update this one as often as I should.
I am going to turn over a new leaf and get in here every week!

Life has been pretty crazy over the past few months with a major promotion about to be launched in October that has required quite a bit of work and nutting out but it will be fantastic when it kicks off.

I have written up a whole series of pre-written programs called Ready To Go Programs and working with my designer to make sure they looked pretty and included enough information for women to just download them and go.

My designer still has a few on his desk to finish off but my job is done now till I roll out the next series in a few weeks time.

For only $29.00 they are very good value for money and have been selling like hot cakes.

I moved in to a new office and am LOVING the space both physical and mental that this new work are provides. It is a pleasure coming in to work each day even if it does mean having to throw on some lippy and mascara to make myself presentable these days.

We are about to launch our Men's Only section. A very small section of the site for women to send their partners to if they also want to get in shape.
The men will have a separate online community and will be kept completely separate from the ladies so we can continue to talk about PMS in private :)

I have a wonderful guy called Sam to tackle this project and he is just about ready to run our first trial run on a handful of "volunteered" husbands.
In the coming months the mens section will become a separate site altogether.

I am speaking at the EA & PA conference in Melbourne this month and am looking forward to getting amongst a large group of women all keen to introduce or increase health and fitness in their lives - should be a lot of fun.  My favorite bit is brainstorming all the excuses we come up with not to exercise! Usually a lot of laughs.

My own training whilst steady as usual is not where I'd like it to be due to a small hamstring tear and my hip displaysia wreaking havoc.
I am off to a specialist in the coming weeks. I have been putting this off because I was hoping I could train through the pain for the next decade and avoid hip surgery but with my pain at an all time high it is really taking the fun out of life!! So whatever will be will be at this point, hopefully just a few jabs and a clean up to keep me going because I really don't want to consider the other options just yet.

I am still having withdrawal symptoms from France but will start planning my next trip soon. No marathons this time!
