5 Days Post Surgery & Super Quick (and cheap) Meal Prep.




The food prep below took me around 40 minutes, has 20 complete meals and cost $40.

It consists of 2kgs of chicken breast, 5 chicken burgers, 5 beef burgers, around 1.5kg of small red potatoes, brown rice, 1kg pack of frozen green veg and some olive oil.

Each meal has around 120g protein, 100g of carbs and veggies.

I also batch cooked a bunch of protein pancakes which are simply 2 eggs and 1 banana blended and cooked like a pancake, I do usually add cinnamon and sometimes I'll add a tbps of coconut flour or almond meal to bulk it up a bit.
