Tip Of The Week:
First things first – live your values and your priorities.
Often the first thing to drop off the radar when we are busy is exercise. Then the food planning falls by the wayside and so the downward slide begins.
Make your health, fitness and overall wellbeing a priority not just in your mind but in your actions.  You cannot live in a place of peace and calm if your daily actions are no reflective of your values and priorities. Put first things first and let the rest fall into place.

Recipe Of The Week
GRILLED CHICKEN WITH LEMON AND THYME – Serves 4
4 chicken breasts
Grated rind and juice from 2 lemons
4 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves of garlic – crushed
2 springs of fresh thyme
Pepper
In a bowl mix lemon juice and rind, oil, garlic, thyme and pepper.
Place chicken breasts in mix and marinate overnight.
Place chicken breasts and lemon mixture in ovenproof dish and cook for 25-30 minutes.
Serve with green beans, sweet potato mash and yellow squash.

Snack Of The Week
½ cup cooked rice mixed with flavoured yoghurt
