Another exciting project for 2011

I can't even begin to tell you how excited I am to be teaching again next year.

On the left is the flyer I have spent the day putting together along with the facebook page .

To say I can't wait until Feb is the understatement of the year - this is something I have been trying NOT to do for a few years now!

I haven't wanted to take on too much outside of glow and training my ladies in the morning but the time is now right with my tri training taking a bit of a back seat.

Training women is my passion and training women in taekwondo to reach their black belt and realise this is the beginning of an even bigger journey is the pinnacle for me.
