Cardio Calorie Blaster Treadmill Workout

If you are looking for something different this workout is a nice change of pace. Because it changes so much you don't take much notice of how hard you are working or how long it takes :)


0-5 warm-up 0% incline 5k
5-6 walking lunges
6-8 0% incline run at 11k or higher
8-13 10% incline 7k
13-14 side shuffles R
15-16 side shuffles L
16-20 run 9k or faster
20-22 sprint run
Repeat for 45 minutes
